Why Do White Cops Kill Black People

Is the fact that White police officers are killing Black Men and Women, the result of racism? Classism? or something completely different? It is obvious that black on black crime is far more prevailing than the police killing blacks issue. But, why does that not get more media attention? Are we being manipulated to believe that the killing of Black people is some racial conspiracy? And if so, who would benefit from such a thing? Is Looting rioting or protesting going to be effective enough to change the reality of the situation? What do you think?
